Your Commitment

Cheer and Football practices start Monday, July 28, 2025 6-8PM @ Ivan Green Primary School, located at 800 Brown Rd, Rochester, NY 14622.

Fields are accessible from Whipple Ln.

Practices are 4 days a week until school starts, Monday - Thursday.

Once school starts, practices will be 2 days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. **Also note that on Saturdays, Football will usually have walkthroughs and Cheer may schedule extra practice.

There is one game per weekend, usually on Sunday. Schedule is released at the end of August/early September.

All levels of cheer participate in cheer competitions.

Closed Practices Policy

To ensure focus, safety, and team cohesion, all cheer and football practices are closed to spectators. This allows our athletes to train without distractions and gives coaches the space to run effective sessions.

  • Parents/guardians can drop off and pick up at designated times.
  • If needed, coaches and/or team parents will communicate updates directly
